264ORDINANCE NO. 264. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA~ MAKING IT UNLAWFUL TO PARK ANY MOTOR VEHICLE OR OTHER VEHICLE ON THE WEST SIDE OF THE PORTION OF OAK AVENUE IN THIS ORDINANCE DESCRIBED, AND PROVID- ING A PENALTY FOR THE VIOLATION ~OF. BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA: Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation top ark any motor vehicle or ot~er vehicle of any kind on the west side of that portion of Oak Avenue from First Street south to the point where the curb on the west side of said Oak Avenue, between First and Second Streets, intersects the right-of-way of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company. Section 2. That any person, firm or cor- poration found guilty of violating the provisions of Section 1 hereof shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $200.00, or by imprisonment not exceeding ninety days. Section 3- That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. Passed and adopted this _lOtll day of January, 1938.
