AN ORDINAI~CE OF THE CITY OF SAi{FORD, FLOEIDA~ k~KIi~G IT UhU~AWFUL TO PARK Ah~ HOTOR VEHICLE OR OTHER VEHICLE ON THE ~,EST SIDE OF THE PORTIO~Q OF OAK A'gE~uE IN THIS ORDIi~Ai~C~ DESCRIBED, AND PROVIDI1;G A PEN~LTY FOR THE VIOLATION p~REOF. BE IT ENACTED By~ THE PEOPi~ OF THE CITY OF SANFORD ~ FLORIDA: Sectionl. That it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to park any mo%or vehicle or other vehicle of any kind on the west side of that por- tion of Oak Avenue from First Street south to the point where the curb on the west side of said Oak Avenue: be%ween First and Secor~d Streets: intersects the right-of-way of the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad Company. Section 2. That any person, firm or corporation found guilty of violatir4~ the provisions of Section i hereof shall be punished by a fine of not exceeding $200.00~ or by imprisor~ent not exceedir~ ninety days. Section ~. That ordinance No. 26~ passed and adopted by the City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida~ on the 10th day of january 1938, and all ordinances in conflict herewith be ~u%d the same a~e hereby repealed. Section 4. That this ordinance shall become effective in~nediately upon its passage and adoption. Passed ard adopted this llthday of April, 1935.
