Superintendant of Public Works, the Plumbing Inspector,
a Master Plumber and a Journey-man Plumber of the City of
Sanford, said master plumber and Journey-man plui~er to be
appointed by the City Conm~issioners of the City of Sanford,
and to hold office at the pleasure of the City Co~nission.
Section 184. The Plumbing Inspector shall have reason-
able control and supervision of the methods and materials
used in any part of a plumbing or drainage system. Any
misunderstanding arising between the plumber and the Plumb-
ing Inspector shall be submitted to the Board of Plumbing
Cor.m~issioners of the city for settlement and their
decision shall be final.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith be, and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall become effective
i~mmediate~y upon its passage and adoption.
