ALLEY, FOURTEEN FEET WIDE, RUNNING NORTH AND SOUTH IN BLOCK
2-N, TIE. R 6, OF E. R. TRAFFORDtS MAP OF THE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA, AND IN THIS ORDINANCE MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED.
BE IT ENACTED BY TBE PEOPLE OF TBE CITY OF SANFORD,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that certain unnamed alley, fourteen
feet wtd&, r,~ning north and south between Fulton Street on
the south and Water Street on the north, in Block l-N, Tier ~
6, of E. R. Traffordts Map of the City of Sanford, Florida,
and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginnin~
at a point ll7 feet West of the Northwest point of intersec-
tion of Myrtle Avenue and Fulton Street in the City of Sanford,
Florida, and running North 250 feet, more or less, to the
South line of Water Street, thence .~st 14 feet, thence South
250 feet, more or less, to the North line of Fulton Street,
thence East 14 feet to point of beginning; and that certain
unnamed alley, fourteen feet wide, running north and south
between Water Street on the south and Lake Monroe on the
north, situate in Block 2-N, Tier 6, of E. R. Trafford's Map
of the City of Sanford, Florida, and more particularly de-
scribed as follows, to-wit: BeginniDg at a point 117 feet
West of the Northwest point of intersection of Myrtle Avenue
and l~ater Street in the City of sanford, Floridm, ~nd run
Nest 14 feet; thence North to the waters of Lake
thence Southeasterly along the concrete retaining wall on
the South shore of Lake Monroe to a point North of the
point of beginmimg, thence So~th to the point of beginning,
except the portion thereof embraced in seminole Boulevard,
be and the same are hereby closed, vacated and abandoned as
public alleys of the City of Sanford, Florida-
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall become effective
immediately upon its passage and adoption-
