ORDINANCES OF TEE CITY OF SAN~oF 1914, SAID SECTI(
RELATING TO GA~BLING.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE P~ OF THE CITY OF
SANFORD, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Sectio~ of the Revised
Ordinances of the City of Sanfor~ 1914 be and the
same is hereby amended so as to r~as follows:
"Section 134. Whoever~s or engages in
any game at cards, keno, rte, faro, or
other game of chance, at a~ ,lace in the Ci~
of Sanford, Florida, by an~ ~ice whatever,
for money or other thing of lue, or whoever
sells, offers to sell, or pol ~ses any ticket
coupon, share, paper, symbol devise of any
kind, which had at the time .ts sale, offe~
to sell, or possession, a vall in money or
property of any kind, to be d~ rmined by
chance, shall be punished by a ~ne of not
exceeding $100.00 or by impriso!ent for not
exceeding ninety days.,
Section 2. That all ordinances f parts of o:

repealed.
