SPECIAL MEETING
The City Commission of the City of Sanford, Florida, met in Special Meeting
on Monday, January 3, 2011, at 1 PM, in the City Commission Chambers, City Hall, 300
North Park Avenue, Sanford, Florida.
Present: Mayor Linda Kuhn
Vice Mayor Art Woodruff
Commissioner Velma Williams
Commissioner Patty Mahany
Interim City Manager Tom George
City Attorney William L. Colbert
City Clerk Janet Dougherty
Deputy City Clerk Cynthia Porter
Absent: Commissioner Randy Jones
1) Meeting was called to order by Mayor Kuhn at 1 PM.
2) Pledge of Allegiance.
3) Authorize Intergovernmental Agreement with the Sheriff of Seminole County
relating to the City's Police Department.
Vice Mayor Woodruff moved to authorize the Intergovernmental
Agreement with the Sheriff of Seminole County relating to the City's Police Department.
Seconded by Commissioner Williams and carried by vote of the Commission as follows:
