between CSX Transportation, Inc. and City Of Sanford.
It is your responsibility to schedule the installation with CSXT Roadmaster, Telephone: (407) 850~3531
(ideally between the hours of 6:30 AM and 8:30 AM), FAX: (407) 850-3525, at least seven (7) days in advance of
the date you desire to commence the project. No work is to be performed on Railroad property without
Roadmaster's authorization.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT, Made as of August 16, 2000, by and between
CSX TRANSPORTATION, INC., a Virginia corporation, whose mailing address is 500 Water Street,
Jacksonville, Florida 32202, hereinafter called "Licensor", and CITY OF SANFORD, a corporation of
the State of Florida, whose mailing address is P. O. Box 1788, Sanford, FL 32772, hereinafter
(collectively, if more than one) called "Licensee";
WITNESSETH: - that
This Supplemental Agreement will serve to amend Agreement, dated February 4, 2000,
between Licensor and Licensee, covering the ownership, maintenance, use, and operation of a certain
pipeline facility(ies), at Sanford, Seminole County, Florida; as follows:
The Valuation Station and Milepost for the above referenced agreement was incorrectly written
as 40440 + 78, Milepost A-771., The correct Valuation Station and Milepost should read; 108 + 30,
MilePost AU-771.00. All other terms and conditions shall apply.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents to be duly signed, sealed
and delivered in duplicate effective the day and year first above written.
