MODIFICATION OF AGREEMENT

FLOR/DA DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AFFAIRS
AND
CITY OF SANFORD
In consideration of the mutual promises between the parties, the agreement between the
Department of Community Affairs and CITY OF SANFORD, bearing the above contract number
is modified by mutual agreement of the parties as follows:
Clause (3) PERIOD OF AGREEMENT is ranended to read as follows:
"This agreement shall begin upon execution by both parties and shall end March 31.
200!, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the provisions of paragraph (9) of this
agreement."
