The WEB site www. Orlando Live.net, owned and hosted by thnberiine Communications, Inc., is a
community based WEB site providing information to both the general public and businesses located in and
out of the Central Florida region. The purpose of this WEB site is to foster a community feeling among its
users by providing such information as news, weather, current events, chat, business listings, advertising
and other features deemed beneficial by Timberline Communications. The City of Sanford
(''Customer") request that Timberline Communications host the WEB site and domain name
WVWV.SANFORDFL.COM with the Orlando Live WEB site as it provides similar information and
is a non-profit organization. Timberline Communications may provide li~s and other hosfmg benefits to
associate the two WEB sites together and to promote the two WEB sites as a benefit to the community.
include; 50meg of hard disk space on the WEB server, 20meg of space on a MicrosoR Sequel Server
Database and 5 emall address. The WEB server will be connected to the Internet with a transfer rate set not
to exceed 128kbs. Timberline Communications may change these functional specs at any rune. Timberline
Communications does not guarantee that the services will be available at any time. The services will not be
available fTom time to time as Timberline Communications performs upgrades, repairs, resetsl backups and
during the lack of services provided fi'om the utility companies and other operations.
The cost to The Citv of Sanford for these services will be $0 Vet month. with prior approval,
Timberline Communications may bill The CitV of Sanford f~om time to time for any additional
services not listed here.
Both parties agree to promote the services in a positive rnaunar. Either party may use the names
ORLANDO LIVE or The Citv of Sanford or their corresponding WEB address for such
promotions. The CitV Of Sanford agrees not to promote or use any language, programs or actions that
Timberline Communications deems not beneficial to the general public including, but not Y~rnited to
pornography and actions that do not promote the sense of community.
Timberline Communications or The Citv of Sanford may terminate this agreement at any time
without notice.

Timberline Communications will provide a dedicated Analoq phone [irle and 33.6kb modern
line to The City of Sanford for the purpose of lnternet connecdvity.

Timberline Communications may bill The City of Sanford from dine to dure for any additional
services not listed here.
Timberline Communications or The City of Sanford may terminate this agreement at any time
