Interviewees would include members of the Local Planning Agency, City Commissioners, other civic and business leaders, and community activists. SAI will conduct interviews designed to determine basic perspectives of the City's development, city services, physical and economic development, and related attributes based upon the following: Sample Questions. Interview questions should be general and provide maximum freedom of response. Follow-up questions could address more penetrating issues related to an intervlewee's initial response. Typical questions include: · How would you describe the image of the City and your neighborhood? · * Physical Development -, Economic Development -~ General Quality of Life · Whst are some of the City's positive at~ibates? · What are some of the City's negative atWlbutes? · If you had the power to do 4 things to inlpf6ve the City during the ne~ 5 years, what would they be? 1.102 Analyze Results of Interviews. SAI shall analyze the results of the interviews, coordinate with staff, and prepare written summary for members of the Local Planning Agency. This report will be used us a hackground report during Phas~ II Public Participation and Vialoning. Ski shall describe the condition of each element at the time the Comprehensive Plan was adopted. Ski shah Include summaries of data and analysis from each element. Ski shall coordinate with City staff to ascertain conditions.
