IV. SCHEDULE
GLATTlNG JACKSON will begin WOJk on this prqjeet immediately upon receipt of this executed letter of agteement, and will
complete the work on a schedule to be mutually agreed upon by the Client.
V. SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS; ASSIGNED STAFF
SAl and GLATTlNG JACKSON shall not assign, sublet, or transfer any interest in this Agteement. Tim Jackson as Project
Manager, and Wade Walker, Associate Transportation Planner, billed at hourly rates as follows:

Administrative Staff
$165/hour
$95/hour
$55/hour

VI. ACCOUNTING RECORDS
Recor<ls of GLATTING JACKSON pertaining to services provided hereunder shall be maintained consistent with accepted
accounting principles and shall be available to the CITY for observation or audit at mutually agreeable times.
VII, DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY
GLATTING JACKSON shall at it own expense, maintain during the performance of its services under the Agreement
appropriate insurance to include professional liability, workman's compensation, general liability, and automobile liability,
GLATTING JACKSON and SAl shall hold the CITY barmless for any liability incurred by GLATTING JACKSON or its
employees. For purposes of this Addendum, SAl and GLATTING JACKSON shall be considered independent contractors.
VIII. ADDITIONAL STIPULATIONS
The following provisions of the Principal Agreement shall be binding on GLATIlNG JACKSON as if herein stipulated: ~X
TERMINATION; ~XII NON-DISCRlMINATION; ~XlII EXTENT OF AGREEMENT; ~XlV; and APPLICABLE LAW.
Pursuant to ~V ADDmONAL SERVICES, upon the CITY's request GLATTING JACKSON may provide additional
implementation services as subcontractor to SAl through addenda to the Principal Agreement.
