BILL OF SALE
The Dave Robinson Builder & Developer, a Florida corporation, located
at 1191 Industrial Drive, Deland, Cottory of Volusia, State of Florida, Seller,
for and in consideration of the sum done ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable
consideration paid to Seller by City of Sanford a political subdix4sion of the
State of Florida, Buyer, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged does grant,
sell, transfer, convey and deliver to Buyer all pipes, lines, gate values, value
boxes, fittings, thrust blocks, hydrants, equipment, lift stations and other
goods which comprise the water and sewer system installed by Seller and
located on the following City easements or rights-of-way as shonn on record
drawings, more specifically described as follows:
PROJECT: COUNTY CLUB PARK
Legal Descrlptlon: Lots 36-38, 40-44,New Upsala, PB1/6 7, Seminole County,
Florida. Notice of commencement as recorded in or 2973/1773.
Buyer shall have all rights and title to the goods in itself and its ass'Lgns.
Seller warrants that it is lawful owner of the goods and the goods are free
from all Hens and encumbPances. Seller has good right to sell the goods and
will warrant and defend the fight against the lawful claims and demands of
all persons.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Seller has executed this Agreement at
