579-Mayfair Villas UTILITY AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE
CITY OF SANFORD
&
MAYFAIR VILLAS ASSOCIATION
This Agreement is made and entered into this {3~ day of
Rov~b~c , 1995, by and between the City of Sanford, a
Florida Municipal Corporation, whose address is Post Office Box
1788, Sanford, FL 32772-1788; referred to as City and the Mayfair
Villas Association Inc., a Residential Subdivision Condominium
Association, whose address is 3800 Country Club Road, Sanford, FL
32771 referred to as Association.
The Association is sole owner of the potable water and
sanitary sewer utility systems in the Subdivision.
The City provides potable water and sanitary sewer service
to the Subdivision. The City owns and maintains a Reclaimed Water
Distribution System in the Subdivision and provides reclaimed
water service to the Subdivision.
The Association wishes to have the City repair its water
and/or sewer systems located in the common areas. The City shall
repair the water systems up to and including the water meter.
The City shall maintain the sewer mains up to, but not including
the lift station. This agreement does not include the house
laterals to the main, lift station or force- main.
Under the Agreement, anytime there is a problem with either
the potable water, sanitary sewer or reclaimed water systems, a
telephone call can be placed to the City of Sanford Utility
Department. Upon responding, the Utility Department would make
any and all necessary repairs as appropriate to those lines as
described above. At the City's discretion a third party
contractor may be hired to perform or complete the repair.
Should these repairs be associated with either the potable
water distribution system or the sanitary sewer mains within the
Subdivision, the Utility Department would bill Mayfair Villas
Association all costs associated with the completion of the work
performed.

Mayfair Villas AssociatiOn Inc., and its residents, as
represented by its Board of Directors, agree to accept these
costs and immediately reimburse the City of SanfOrd.
