Reclaimed Water Reuse System at Mayfair Golf Course
Gentlemen:
With the first quarter of the 1999 sampling and reporting, the existing annual contract expires for
groundwater monitoring at 4 wells for the City of Sanford at Mayfair Golf Course under FDEP
Permit Number FL0020141-01. This letter proposal deals with the performance of the quarterly
monitoring program for one more year beginning the second quarter of 1999. it is our
understanding that the City will be responsible for the sampling and analysis program. Ardaman
will provide field and office consultations and prepare the four quarterly reports.
The work effort includes four quarterly sampling and analysis efforts for MW~I through MW-3 and
PW-3 wells in accordance with the permit conditions. The quarterly sampling will be for analysis
of total dissolved solids, chloride, nitrate, and fecal coilforms. Specific conductivity, pH, turbidity
and water level are monitored at the time of sampling. The City should perform the sampling in
June, September, December and March. The results from each quarter will be submitted by
Ardaman to the FDEP through the City on FDEP report forms and signed by a professional
engineer in Flodda experienced in groundwater.
The proposed work effort will not exceed $1,500.00 without further written authorization. The
monthly invoices will be based on time expended, matedais/equipment used and units performed
in accordance with the enclosed 1999 fee schedule.
