RE: Vacation of Alley
This letter Will hopefully formalize our understanding with regards
to the Vacation of the Alley outlined in red as shown on Exhibit
"A" attached.
As you know, McDonald's Corporation is the Contract Purchaser for
all of the property adjacent to the Alley as outlined in blue as
shown on Exhibit "A". Therefore, we are requesting the following
action be considered by the City Commissioners.
The City of Sanford agrees to conclude the public portion of the
Alley Vacation process on Monday, April 11, 1994 and will make a
final Vacation Decree Upon completion of the following two actions.
1. McDonald's Corporation provides adequate proof to the
City of Sanford that McDonald's Corporation or its
assigns have obtained fee simple ownership to all the
adjacent land surrounding the alley shown on Exhibit "A".
2. That McDonald's Corporation shows satisfactory proof to
the City of Sanford that it has relocated or abandoned,
as the case maybe all utilities located in the above
mentioned alley. McDonald's reserves the right to bond
over the above described work which will serve to satisfy
this condition
Upon the completion of the above two conditions, the City of
Sanford agrees to complete the Alley Vacation process and when
complete will release the Alley property free of all rights and
easements to McDonald's so as to allow the completion of McDonald's
proposed project.

of Sanford as recorded n Plat Book 1, Page 61 of the Public Records of Seminole
County, Florida, and run North 00° 01' 57" East along the West line of Lots 9 and B for
a distance of 122.22 feet to the Northeast corner of said Lot 8; thence run North 89° 56'
47" East for a distance of 14.00 feet to the Northwest corner of Lot 6, Block 3, Tier 9;
thence run South 00° 01' 57" West along the West line of Lots 6 and 7 for a distance of
122.22 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 7; thence run South 89° 56' 15" West,
