Foperties, Inc. has Contracte to purchase all of the :ty ad3acent to that portion of the alley which is being )ned. lrpose of this letter is to set forth the agreement between coperties, Inc. and the City of Sanford, regarding the ~ to be taken by the City Commissioners on Monday, April 11, as follows: 1. The City will conclude the public portion of the alley ion and will agree to record Ordinance No. 3201 at such time B Properties, Inc. complies with the requirements set forth ragraph 2 and 3 hereof. 2. WEB Properties, Inc. furnishes evidence to the City of rd that WEB Properties, Inc. has purchased the property ent to that portion of the alley which is being abandoned. 3.
