494-Wixson SALES AGREEMENT
For and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) U.S. currency,
the City of Sanford (hereinafter called Seller) does hereby sell,
transfer and/or otherwise relinquish to William A. Wixson
(hereinafter called Buyer) the following property:
One (1) German Shepherd, black/tan in color, date of birth
10/20/~6, male species, formally named "Astor vom Mauersee"
also known as" Jammet ", (hereinafter called K-9).
Buyer has been advised that K-9 is a retired Police K-9, and
as such may bite or cause other damage to persons or property,
and agrees that Seller will not be held responsible for this K-9
or any damage it may cause.
Buyer accepts full responsibility for any damage K-9 may
cause to persons or property while K-9 is owned by Buyer, and
for the care, health, well being, and veterinary expenses of K-9.
K-9 is sold as is; Seller provides no warranty expressed or
implied.
I have read the terms of this transaction and am in full
agreement with them.

Received thistle/of July 1993, ($1.00) one dollar from
William A. Wixson for the purchase of one (1) German Shepherd K-9
as previously described within this instrument.
