468-SCC-Reclaimed Water RECLAIMED WATER SERVICE AGREEMENT City of Sanford Post Office Box 1788 Sanford, FL 32772-1788 Re: Legal Description of Seminole Community College Please allow this letter to serve as our commitment to the City of Sanford as follows: In accordance with our application of June 29, 1989, we would like to restate Seminole Community COllege's intention to become a regular reclaimed water customer at Seminole Community College in compliance with all City Rules regarding reclaimed water. We acknowledge that Seminole Community College would be a primary beneficiary of the Reclaimed Water Service Extension, that the City is investing in this project based on that premise, and that it will become a regular reclaimed water customer. It is understood that service will allow for irrigation up to at least 200 acres, as requested. The Community College accepts financial responsibility for: providing adequate backflow prevention; disconnecting from irrigation wells; connecting to the reclaimed water irrigation meter(s); and to pay an initial monthly access fee of $3.25 and consumption charge of $.05 per thousand gallons per meter, beginning one year after service begins. (There is no charge for the first year.) Note: Charges are subject to chan~es by the City Commission. The Community College is aware that planning will commence upon receipt of their agreement, and coordination will take place with the Vice President's office. This commitment will perpetually be in effect, and will be binding upon any future owner(s) of the property. This agreement can only be terminated by mutual consent. Date this /~ day of ~_._~ , 1992.
