project. Our staff of five engineers can respond to your needs by providing the analysis of the Regional
Transportation faallty in North Seminole County-SanfordArea. LCE has provided, or is currently providing,
the following analyses in the project area over the last 2 years:
· OUATS Year 2010 Update
· Turnpike Modeling (latest growth trend in Lak~ Polk and Volusia Counties)
· Seminole County Expressway Model
· Volusia County Model Validation
· Lake County Model Validation
Leftwich Consulting Engineers, Inc. has the following advantages to offer:
· LCE is the District 5 selected finn for Transportation Modeling support
· LCE is on the design team selected for the Statewide Muti-ModalPlan
· LCE's staff has provided transit modeling and taught graduate courses m Mass Transit as well as
supervised graduate studies on transit use in Central Florida
· LCE~ staff has taught graduate courses in Airport Planning & Design, as well as supervised graduate
projects on reliever airport~ such as Sanford Aizpor~ in Central Florida
For this project I will personally be acting as the Project Manager and the author of the report. Therefore,
this project will be a priority for us to complete to your satisfaction. We are prepared to provide the analysis
within the 45 day period for the lump sum ~ee of 55,C~0. We wiii pro~cie a report of our findings (original pins
