PURCHASE AGREEMENT - # 600
LTI Municipal Leasing Company kindly requests Lessee's acknowledgement
of certain facts listed on this Certificate if indeed these facts are
applicable. This information will assist LTI and our assigns in
determining the proper tax treatment (under the new Tax Reform Act of
1986 Section 802(e)(3) as adopted by the House of Representatives on
December 17, 1986 and designated as H.R. 3838.
1. Lessee is a Political Subdivision of the State of Florida.
2. The lease is being entered into by Lessee in calander year 1987.
3. Including the lease obligation herein so designated, Lessee has
not issued or designated more than $10,000,000.00 of Tax Exempt
Bonds or other Debt Obligations during calendar year 1987 as
qualified tax-exempt obligations.
4. Lessee resonably anticipates that the total amount of qualified
tax-exempt obligations to be issued by Lessee during calander
year 1987 will not exceed $10,000,000.00.
