Lessee agrees that the Lessor has made and makes no representations or warranties of any kind or nature, directly or indirectly,
express or implied, as to any matter whatsoever, including the suitability of such equipment, its durability, its fitness for any par-
ticular purpose, its merchantibility, its condition, and/or its quality.
The Lessee is delivering this Certificate of Acceptance to Lessor in order to induce Lessor to purchase the above-described Equip-
ment from the Seller and in order further to induce Lessor to lease the above-described Equipment to Lessee pursuant to that cer-
tain Master Lease-Purchase Agreegment referenced above. Lessee understands that Lessor is relying upon this receipt as a condi-
tion for making payment for the Equipment.
