033-Michael Paulucci AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, MICHAEL J. PAULUCCI, is the owner of the following
described property in the City of Sanford, County of Seminole and State of.
Flar ida,, to -wi t:
Lot 1, Block 3, Tier 1 of Sanford, Florida, according
· to E. R. Trafford's Map as recorded in Plat Book 1,
pages 56 through 64, Public Records of Seminole County,
Florida; and
Beginning at the NW Corner of Lot 1, Block 3, Tier 1,
according to E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford, Florida,
and running thence Southerly 113 feet to an alley, thence
Westerly 30 feet, thence Northerly 113 feet, thence
Easterly 30 feet to a place of beginning, the same being
an unnumbered lot on E. R. Trafford's Map of Sanford,
Florida, lying between Lots 1 and 3, in said Block 3,
Tier 1, the same being recorded in Plat Book 1, pages
56-64, Public Records of Seminole County, Florida;
and
WHEREAS, the said Michael J. Paulucci has consented for the
City of Sanford to improve and utilize said property for a public park
with the understanding that such use wlll cease and determine upon
notification from Michael J. Paulucci to the City of Sanford, Florida; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to acknowledge the respective
rights of the parties;
NOW, THEREFORE, the undersigned CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA
acknowledges the use and occupancy of the above described property as a
public park and by these presents agrees to cease and determine such use
upon notification from the said Michael J. Paulucci. The City of Sanford
further acknowledges that such use and occupancy can in no manner create
any prescriptive or adverse rights on behalf of the City of Sanford or the
public in and to the above described property.
