205-CPH-Amendment 10, 10A AMENDMENT 10 TO AGREEMENT DATED DECEMBER 7, 1983 FOR CONSULTING ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR WASTEWATER TREATMENT AND EFFLUENT DISPOSAL FACILITIES BETWEEN THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA AND CONKLIN, PORTER & HOLMES - ENGINEERS, INC. This Amendment dated this \~ day of ~xF~C~s~._~r-x , in the year Nineteen Hundred and Eighty-Six by and between THE CITY OF SANFORD, FLORIDA (hereinafter called the OWNER) and CONKLIN, PORTER & HOLMES - ENGINEERS, INC. (hereinafter called the ENGINEER), is mutually agreed upon and declared an authorized Amendment to an Agreement dated December 7, 1983, between the parties, herein setting forth the scope, terms and conditions of the work herein authorized. A. GENERAL The purpose of this Amendment is to authorize proceeding with certain work related to the December 7, 1983, Agreement and further described in correspondence to the City dated February 17, 1986. B. SERVICES HEREIN AUTHORIZED The work covered by this Amendment 10 provides for preliminary engineering services relative to se aration of storm and sanitary sewers in the portion of the City w~ich contains combined sewers. The services to be performed are outlined in the Plan of Study attached hereto as Exhibit A. PAYMENTS TO THE ENGINEER For the Scope of Work described in Section A above, payment to the ENGINEER by the OWNER shall be on the basis of cost times a multiplier, in accordance with Section 5 titled METHOD OF PAYMENT TO THE ENGINEER of the Agreement dated December 7, 1983, except that the current fringe benefit factor is 1.4554 and the payroll cost multiplier shall be 2.20. The estimated fee for the work herein authorized is $50,825.00, including surveying and fees of other consultants, as indicated in the Plan of Study.
