301-CPH 10. Preliminarily analyze existing facilities for future flow conditions and evaluate and study results. Generally evaluate existing rights-of-way from previous area work or as furnished by the CITY and identif~ the need ~or property easements, or right-of-way for conveyances, structures and detention facilities. 11, Preliminarily size remedial or supplementary facilities needed or proposed including determining alternative solutions. 12. Preliminarily cost two alternative solutions selected in conference with City staff and summarize advantages and disadvantages. 13. Review results with City staff and choose recommended solution. 14. Go over recommended solution informally with County and applicable regulatory agencies. C. REPORT PREPARATION, CONCLUSION AND RECOMMENDATION PHASE: 1. Determine a phased or prioritized program including land or right-of-way needs. 2. Prepare opinion of probable cost to construct the prioritized program. 3. Prepare a rough evaluation or listing of funding sources or financing methods. 4. Review final results with City staff. 5. Prepare written report including maps, plans, and charts. D. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: If authorized in writing by the CITY, the ENGINEER shall furnish or obtain from others, Additional Services which are not included in the Scope of Services of Sections I-A, B and C, nor included in the maximum fee of Section II-B. These additional services will be paid for by the CITY as indicated in' Section II-A, if subsequently authorized by the CITY in writing. 1.
