738-Chamber of Comm Amendment AGREEMENT AMENDMENT
THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT made this 5th, day of October, AD. 2001, amends the Contract dated the
19t. h day of October, A.D. 2000, by and between the CITY OF SANFORD and the SANFORD/SEMINOLE
COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
WITNESSETH:
TER1VL ll~e purpose of this Agreement Amendment is to extend the term of the original Contract now being
amended v~hich expired at midnight on Septamber 30, 2001. This Agreement is amended as follows in Section 4
(B) of the original Agreement. The CITY shall render the TWENTY- FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($25,000.00) payment to SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE in two payments of
$12,500.00 each, with the first payment to be made upon request aRer October 1,2001, and the second payment to be
made April 1, 2002 upon request and niger this Agreement is executed by both parties. The term of this Contract is
extended for one (1) year to expire at midnight on Septamber 30,2002. Under this extension, both the CITY OF
SANFORD and SANFORD/SEMdNOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, have the right to cancel this
Agreement any time during the extended term by providing Ninety (90) days written notice of such' intention. Such
notice shall be provided as specified in Section 12 of the original Agreement. All other provisions of the Agreement
between the CITY OF SANFORD and SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE dated
December 16, 1998 shall remain in effect.
