826-PACS Agreement Extension EXTENSION OF AGREEMENT
FOR
PROFESSIONAL AGRONOMIC & HORTICULTURE CONSULTING
SERVICES
WHERAS, the City of Sanford, Florida, a municipal corporation, hereinafter called
"City", whose mailing address is P.O. Box 1788, Sanford, Florida 32772-1788, and
Professional Agronomic & Horticultural Consulting Services, hereinafter called "PACS,
INC." whose mailing address is 683 Post Oak Circle, Altamonte Springs, Fl. 32701
desire to extend the agreement dated June 30, 2000, for rendering professional services
pertaining to golfcourse maintenance consulting at Mayfair Country Club.
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 4 of said agreemem; City and PACS, INC.
desire to extend said agreement for twelve (12) months at the rate of $2,400.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the sum as set forth and together with good and
valuable considerations and the mutual benefits to be derived therefrom, the parties
hereby agree that Section 4 be revised as follows:
This agreement shall become effective July 1, 2002. This is a one (1) year
agreemem that may be extended each additional year if agreed to by both
parties. Either party may terminate this agreement by giving a sixty (60) day
written notice. Additional agreemem extensions may involve payment
changes and/or other changes if both parties are in agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the City and PACS, INC. have caused this extension of
Profe~ig)Tal Agronomic & Horticultural Consulting Service Agreement to be executed
