PROJECT: One median on US 17/92 and one median on SR 46 CITY: SANFORD, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA CONSULT~ANT: Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation Execution of the Work Order by CITY shall serve as authorization for the CONSULTANT to provide for the above project, professional services as set out in the Scope of Services attached as Exhibit "A," to that certain Agreement of October 24, 2002 between the CITY and the CONSULTANT and further delineated in the specifications, conditions and requirements stated in the following listed documents which are attached hereto and made a part hereof. Whenever the Work Order conflicts with said Agreement, the Agreement shall prevail. TIME FOR CO1V~PLETION: The work authorized by this Work Order shall be commenced upon issuance ora Notice to Proceed by CITY and shall be completed within 2 weeks ( 14 ) calendar days. SCOPE OF WORK: Provide a Specific Purpose Survey in accordance with Chapter 61G17-6 F.A.C. to include the following: Locate horizontal distances of the rights-of-way, curbs, all curb cuts, all existing striping, nearest side street, all sidewalks and all above ground built structures (signs, light and traffic light poles, etc.) that are located within the rights-of~way. Each survey will be tied to the closest side street or bench mark. No topographic data is required. The specific task areas will be based on the marked up aerial photographs furnished to SSMC by the City of Sanford on October 23, 2002. The final product will be six (6) certified copies and an electronic drawing file on disk for your use.
