Agreement for Dispatching Services - FY 2003/04 Addendum
In accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement for the provision
of dispatch services between the Seminole County Sheriff's Office and the City of
Sanford, dated September 21, 1999, the following amendment has been proposed and
agreed upon for FY 2003/04 commencing on October 1, 2003 and ending September 30,
2004.
Paragraph 5. Compensation and Payment of the Agreement for the Provision of
Dispatch Services is hereby amended to read as follows:
SANFORD agrees to reimburse the SHERIFF for dispatching services as set forth
in this Agreement for services to be rendered in FY 2003/04 commencing October
1, 2003 and ending September 30, 2004 in the amount of $452,466.00 payable
quarterly in accordance with the following schedule:

In the event that the SHERIFF receives income from the County E-911 Fund or any
other source pertaining to the provision of dispatch services provided on behalf of
the CITY, said revenue shall serve as a credit to the annual compensation due to the
SHERIFF from the CITY, or shall be forwarded directly to the CITY.

The SHERIFF shall no later than June 1" of each year, submit to SANFORD the
cost for providing services as set forth in this Agreement for the upcoming fiscal
year beginning October 1'~. This anticipated cost shall not be binding upon the CITY
and shall be subject to negotiation between the CITY and the SHERIFF.
All provisions of the Agreement for Dispatch Services, except Paragraph 5 as
amended herein, shall remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties agree to the changes set forth herein, the dates o£
signature of the parties notwithstanding, hereafter referred to as the FY 2003/04
Addendum to the Dispatch Services Agreement originally entered into by the parties on
September 21, 1999.
