THIS CONTRACT AMENDMENT made this 1st, day of October, AD. 2003, amends the Contract dated the
5th day of October, A.D. 2002, by and between theCITY OF SANFORD and the SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY
CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
WITNESSETH:
TERM. The purpose of this Agreement Amendment is to extend the term of the original Contract now being
amended which expired at midnight on September 30, 2003. This Agreement is amended as follows in Section 4 (B)
of the original Agreement. The CITY shall render the THIRTY- FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($35,000.00) paymentto SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE upon request after October
1, 2003 and after this Agreement is executed by both parties. The term of this Contract is extended for one (1) year to
expire at midnight on September 30, 2004. Under this extension, both the CITY OF SANFORD and
SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE, have the right to cancel this Agreement any time
during the extended term by providingNinety (90) days written notice of such intention. Such notice shall be provided
as specified in Section 12 of the original Agreement. All other provisions of the Agreement between the CITY OF
SANFORD and SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE dated December 16, 1998, shall
remain in effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunder set their hands and seals to this Contract. On the day
