Dear Mr. Tanner:
On November 22 2004 ' the City of Sanford approved an Agreement for
Disaster Recovery Services between Grubbs Emergency Services, LLC. and the City of
Sanford, Florida.
Pursuant to the City of Sanford, Florida procurement regulations, the City of
Sanford, Florida hereby agrees to "piggyback" the Agreement for Disaster Recovery
Services between Seminole County, Florida and Grubbs Emergency Services, LLC. The
same terms and conditions that apply in the Agreement for Disaster Recovery Services,
including Attachments 1 -3, for Seminole County, Florida shall apply to the City of
Sanford, Florida.
All references to Seminole County, Florida, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida or to Count', shall be assumed to pertain to the City of Sanford, Florida.
