The terms of the original Joint Participation Agreement, executed on February 25, 2004 are
hereby amended as follows:
The CITY OF SANFORD is hereby authorized to include irrigation as part of the
Landscaping Improvements described in Exhibit "A" of the original Joint Participation
Agreement. Any additional expense for said irrigation is included in the original budget,
so additional funds will not be needed for this Amendment.
Except as hereby modified, amended or changed, all of the terms and conditions of said original
Agreement thereto will remain in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have caused these presents be executed, the
