5t~ day of October, A.D. 2003, by and between the CITY OF SANFORD and the SANFORD/SEMINOLE
COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE.
WITNESSETH:
TERM. The purpose of this Agreement Amendment is to extend the term of thc original ConWact now being
amended which expired at midnight on SelXember 30, 2004. This Agreement is amended as follows in Seetion 4 (b) of
thc original Agreement. The CITY shall render the THIRTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100 DOLLARS
($35.000.00) payment to SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE upon sequest after
October 1, 2004 and afar this Agreement is executed by both pa~ies. The term of this Con~'act is extended for one ( I )
year to exl~e at midnight on September 30, 2005. Under this extension, both the CITY OF SANFORD and
SANFORO/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE have the right m cancel this Agreement any time
during the extended term by providing Ninety (90) days written notice of such intention. Such notice slmll be provided
as specified in Section 12 of the original Agreement. All other provisions of the Agreement between the CITY OF
SANFORD and SANFORD/SEMINOLE COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE dated I~eember 4, 1998, shall
remain in effect.
