SALES AGREEMENT
For and in consideration of one dollar ($1.00) U.S. currency, the City of
Sanford (hereinafter called Seller) does hereby sell, transfer and/or otherwise
relinquish to James Holt (hereinafter called Buyer) the following property:
One (1) Labrador Retriever, black in color, male species, formally named
"Duke ". (hereinafter called K -9).'
Buyer has been advised that K -9 is a retired Police K -9, and as such may
bite or cause other damaga to persons or*property, and agrees that Seller will
not be held responsible fot this K -9 or any damage it may cause.
Buyer accepts full responsibility for any damage K -9 may cause to persons
or property while K -9 is owned by Buyer, and for the care, health, well
being, and veterinary expenses of K-9.
K -9 is sold as is; Seller provides no warranty expressed or implied.
I have read the terms of this transaction and am in full agreement with them.
