FWC Contract No. 05198 AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the FLORIDA FISH AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION ( "COMMISSION "), and the CITY OF SANFORD ( "GRANTEE "), and amends that Agreement entered into between the COMMISSION and the GRANTEE dated April 18, 2006, and hereinafter referred to as the "ORIGINAL AGREEMENT." IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein and in the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, the parties agree to amend the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT as follows, which amendments shall govern to the exclusion of any provision of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT to the contrary: 1. Paragraph 24 of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT is hereby amended to read as follows: COMPENSATION: For satisfactory completion of Phase I of the project, Municipal Marina - North Shore Restoration by the GRANTEE under the terms of this Agreement, the COMMISSION shall the GRANTEE on a cost reimbursement basis in an amount not to exceed $150,000.00. pay 2. Attachment C, Exhibit 1, is hereby revised to change the amount subject to section 215.97, F.S. to $150,000.00. All provisions of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT not specifically amended herein shall remain in full force and effect.
